High cost-effective light high speed gantry machining center

      BTMC(L) Light gantry machining center series main work in high speed specular machining of various light type molds and small parts. Different spindle and system. After one clamping, the workpiece by one time clamping can continuously finish the milling, boring, drilling, reaming and other processes with high precision and high efficiency. Widely used for electronic, aluminum alloy, machinery, automotive, aviation, semiconductor etc. processing field.


Features

1. Resin sand casting, adopt Taiwan/ Germany brand linear way and screw, Japan/ Germany precision class bearing; ensure high precision quality of equipment and persistent of accuracy.

2. Flange type strong rigid structure of spindle box, equipped with ER25/ ER32/ BT30, 18000 or 24000 or 36000rpm/min motorized spindle, realized high speed specular machining, optional with 12000/ BT30 direct connection mechanical spindle to realize milling, drilling and tapping machining, and can choose Mitsubishi, Fanuc and Syntec system. 

3. Optional with umbrella type tool magazine to meet different tool changing requirements.

4. Adopt 8-12mm thread pitch precision ball screw, and three axis precision ball linear guide way, to realize its precise machining performance.

5. Add to the full protection cover like screw, ATC topcover and electric control, multistage filter water tank, and industrial vacuum cleaner, to realize high speed specular machining for special material, such as graphite, quartz, ceramic and so on.
