The V85P CNC Machining Center, designed by Shenzhen Joint Technology Co., Ltd., boasts a robust fuselage structure that undergoes thorough analysis and optimization for high strength, stability, and resistance to deformation. This ensures the rigidity and stability needed for high-speed operations, resulting in high precision and cutting rigidity.
The ultra-wide base of the V85P, 0.39 meters wider than the V85 model in the X direction, enhances machine tool stability and movement smoothness. The three-axis features heavy-duty roller linear guideways, with the X/Y axis width at 45 and the Z-axis width at 45, further improving cutting rigidity.
The column design includes a large span and increased platform in the left and right vertical directions to accommodate a horizontally installed tool magazine, preventing column deformation. The herringbone design and cross rib structure in the column's inner cavity ensure the required rigidity for high-speed Z-axis movement and spindle operation, minimizing overall deformation and machine tool vibration.
The spindle box is reinforced to reduce vibration during high-speed operation, enhancing the machine tool's heavy-duty cutting capability.
