Features
In order to improve the manufacturing efficiency of automobile moulds, the bridge type gantry CNC lathe adopts a viaduct type movable beam structure with a fixed worktable in the design aspect, which has changed the shortcoming that ordinary gantry milling machines cannot carry large workpieces.The integral bed, column, and workbench are cast together to ensure the rigidity of the machine tool, and the internal stress is eliminated by secondary tempering after casting processing to ensure the stability of the bed during the processing of large molds.
The design adopts four-track double-drive high-speed transmission mechanism, which is suitable for the processing and manufacturing of precision cycling molds and large mechanical parts, and the efficiency is more than twice that of traditional machine tools.
