3. Polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) laminated guide rail surface for low friction, wear resistance, vibration reduction, and long-term accuracy maintenance.



 
4. Ribbed spindle box with wide span and long sliding surface for anti-vibration and anti-torsion ability, preventing deformation under heavy cutting.



 
5. Joint design of lengthened nut seat and saddle seat to avoid worktable inclination, deformation, and improve cutting rigidity. Bearing sealing rings protect bearings and extend service life.
