ZNC electric spark adopts resistance and capacitance circuit (RC circuit), and then improves to resistance, inductance and capacitance circuit (RLC circuit). With the emergence of electronic tubes, thyristors, transistors, silicon controlled rectifier and other pulse power supplies, the comprehensive machining performance of ZNC EDM has been greatly improved. With the use of new technologies such as high and low voltage composite pulse, multi loop pulse, equal frequency pulse, equal energy pulse and adjustable waveform pulse, ZNC EDM has made new progress in machining surface quality, machining accuracy and electrode loss.
ZNC EDM Function Characteristic Introduction
1. More than 20000 groups of files (mainly determined by the size of the internal hard disk) can be stored, which can store more than 20000 different mold processing conditions. It has the function of storing multiple groups of processing coordinates.
2. With mirror surface processing circuit, the mirror surface can be truly etched, and the effect of shaking processing and powder mixing processing is better.
3. It has the function of automatic refinement of I0 section, and can () edit by itself: edit the processing conditions according to personal experience: (2) AUTOz automatic editing: when the maximum depth initial current is given and the thickness and processing area are selected, the processing conditions will be automatically edited; (3) FUZZY Z intelligent condition editing: as long as the electrode shape and workpiece material are selected, the electrode cross-sectional area and the thickness and depth settings after processing are completed, the processing conditions will be automatically edited, The above three editing methods can be processed in one time from coarse to medium to fine.
4. XYZ axis coordinates can be switched between metric system and imperial system.
5. XY locking function: it can prevent XY from being moved during processing and then continue to process and damage the workpiece.
6. Z-axis locking function: It is convenient for discharge calibration and shaking (translation device).
7. Conditions of processing section or pre processing section can be modified and adjusted at any time during processing.
8. In case of unstable carbon deposition during on-site processing, the computer will automatically adjust the processing parameters and increase the slag discharge height. When it is stable, it will automatically recover.
9. It can be set to discharge 210 times and then be lifted to any set position for further processing, which has a good slag removal effect for deep hole processing.

16. Two stage speed slag discharge is provided to improve the servo speed and the efficiency of large-area processing under the condition of ensuring that the electrode will not be pulled and deformed.
17. Coordinate and processing data can be stored separately, so that the same processing conditions can be quickly added to different workpiece processing.
18. It has two timing functions: discharge timing and startup timing.
19. The two high voltage circuits can be equipped with pressure distribution or flow distribution according to customer requirements.
