The machine body of our product is constructed using Meehana cast iron (resin sand 250, F300) and analyzed through finite element analysis. This ensures high rigidity, strength, and excellent geometric positioning accuracy. The rectangular sliding guide with quenching hardness (≥ 50HRC) provides durability and stability.

 

The guide rail surface is laminated with Polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) for low friction coefficient, wear resistance, and vibration reduction. The ribbed spindle box offers anti-vibration and anti-torsion abilities, preventing deformation under heavy cutting.

 

Our product features a joint design of lengthened nut seat and saddle seat to avoid worktable inclination and deformation, ensuring dynamic accuracy and cutting rigidity. Bearing sealing rings protect against cooling fluid damage, prolonging the bearing's lifespan.
