• Featuring a rectangular sliding guide with quenching hardness (≥ 50HRC) for precise guidance.


• Utilizes Polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) lamination on the guide rail surface for low friction, wear resistance, and reduced vibration and noise.


• Ribbed spindle box with a wide span and long sliding surface for anti-vibration and anti-torsion capabilities.


• Joint design of lengthened nut seat and saddle seat to prevent worktable deformation and improve cutting rigidity.


• Bearing sealing rings to protect bearings from cooling fluid and extend their lifespan.
