Our machine body is constructed using Meehana cast iron (resin sand 250, F300) and analyzed through finite element analysis for optimal strength and rigidity. The rectangular sliding guide with quenching hardness (≥ 50HRC) ensures precise movement. The guide rail surface is laminated with Polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) for low friction, wear resistance, and reduced vibration and noise. The ribbed spindle box provides anti-vibration and anti-torsion capabilities, preventing deformation during heavy cutting. The joint design of the nut seat and saddle seat minimizes worktable deformation, improving cutting rigidity. Bearing sealing rings protect bearings from cooling fluid, prolonging their lifespan.
