1. The machine body is constructed from Meehana cast iron using resin sand 250, F300, and analyzed through finite element analysis. This results in a durable structure with high rigidity and excellent geometric positioning accuracy.



 
2. Rectangular sliding guide rails with quenching hardness (≥ 50HRC) provide stability and precision.



 
3. The guide rail surface is laminated with Polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) for low friction coefficient, wear resistance, vibration reduction, and long-lasting accuracy.



 
4. The spindle box features ribbed, wide span, and long sliding surface design for strong anti-vibration and anti-torsion capabilities, ensuring no deformation under heavy cutting.



 
5. The joint design of the lengthened nut seat and saddle seat prevents worktable deformation, improves dynamic accuracy, and enhances cutting rigidity. Bearing sealing rings protect bearings from cooling fluid, prolonging their lifespan.
