Introduction:

   The optimized bed design of V85P has more advantages in parts processing efficiency and precision in surface processing, and smoothness performance. It can be widely used in high-precision product processing in the fields of 3C products, Zifanan planning special plane accessories, electronics, machinery, automobiles, and precision medicine.

Product Characteristics:

1.The fuselage structure design uses finite element software for analysis, vibration detector and other technologies, repeated verification and structural optimization, so that V85P has the characteristics of high strength, good stability, and not easy to deform, ensuring the rigidity of the whole machine and the stability of the high-speed operation. The shock resistance makes the bed have the characteristics of high speed, high precision and high rigidity.

2.The ultra-wide base is 0.39 meters wider than the V85 model in the X direction. The widened base improves the stability of the machine tool and the smoothness of movement.

3.The three-axis adopts heavy-duty high-rigidity roller linear guideway, the width of X/Y axis is 45, and the width of Z-axis is 45, which improves the cutting rigidity of the machine tool.

4.The column has a large span, and the design of the platform in the left and right vertical directions is increased. The tool magazine is installed horizontally on the left platform to avoid deformation of the column caused by the side-mounted tool magazine. The column adopts a large-span herringbone design and a cross rib structure in the inner cavity to ensure the rigidity required for the high-speed movement of the Z-axis components and the operation of the spindle, and to minimize the overall deformation coefficient of the column and the vibration of the machine tool.

5.The strengthened design of the spindle box reduces the vibration of the spindle during high-speed operation and improves the heavy-duty cutting capability of the machine tool.
