Performance advantages:
High load:The table is fixed, the machine is rigid and stable, and the capacity to carry workpieces is up to 8 tons/m, while the actual floor space is 50% less than that of conventional machines.

High precision:The longitudinal guideway adopts four-axis synchronous double-drive structure, and the transmission accuracy is stable and reliable. The three-way feed transmission adopts C3 level precision roller linear guideway, and the Renishaw laser interferometer is used for pitch gap compensation to ensure that the positioning accuracy of the machine tool can reach 0.1/1m.

High efficiency:The main transmission adopts a high-power wide-area servo motor to drive 11.5 variable speeds, with strong cutting ability and a fast moving speed of up to 15m/min.Taiwan (Spain) high-precision five-sided spindle is adopted, and the horizontal axis can automatically rotate 360° by 5° for one index positioning, so that the workpiece can be milled, drilled and tapped on 72 sides in one clamping.The efficiency of processing large molds and parts can be increased by more than two times, and the processing cycle is obviously shortened.
