BTMC-10/12/15 series Gantry machining center is new model developed to replace large traditional "C" type VMC machine. Comprehensive improve accuracy deviation of large VMC machine and disadvantage of heavy load deformation, high accuracy. Widely use for heavy mold machining or large size mold frame and box type part machining. Also can with BT40-12000/15000 high speed mechanical spindle, or 18000/24000 high speed HSK63 motorized spindle, add temperature rise compensation function to realize high specular molds or parts machining.
Full-Equipped technological process ensure the accuracy and stability of the machine
1. Standard accessory: BT50 belt spindle achieve high rigid processing. It also can optional with BT40, 10000/12000/15000 RPM direct spindle, or HSKA63 8000/24000rpm motorized spindle, realize high specular processing requirements.
2. It can be optional with Coolant Through Spindle (CTS) to achieve deep hole processing requirements.
3. It can be optional with Z gear box or whole gear box, to meet strong cutting requirements.
Features
1. BTMC10/12/15 series is upgrade product specialized for large type VMC machine ( 1270/ 1370/ 1690/ 1890 ).
2. Possess followed features: The center line of the spindle is close to the guide way of the Z axis,which eliminate the accuracy deviation caused by the spindle box sagging caused by the big compartment distance in the large vertical machining center.
3. Eliminate the accuracy deviation caused by the suspension of both sides of the VMC machine table center.
4. X, Y axis adopt to heavy load roller linear guide rail; Table operation does not exceed the base; The load stress is released evenly; solve deformation caused by long time heavy load on table of VMC machine.
5. The load weight of table improves about 50% higher than the same specification of VMC machine.
6. Z axis adopt to nitrogen balance weight, improves reaction speed and working smoothly than the counterweight of hammer in VMC machine.
7. The door opening at both sides of gantry structure cover design, convenient for loading and unloading of large workpiece and processing operation.
8. High precision key parts: Adopt German/Taiwan famous brand Linear guide rail and ballscrew , Japan NSK/P4 grade precision bearing,ensure high accuracy of the machine.
9. Standard Accessories: Taiwan BT50 mechanical spindle, X, Y axis heavy load roller linear guide rail, Z axis box way ; suitable for large mold, large parts, mold frame rigid high-speed processing.
10. Beam, column and base are analyzed and designed for reinforcing bars, improve rigidit y and deformation resistance to suitable the requirements of high speed high specular machining.
11. High rigid beam column one piece structure makes sure of the stability of machine in strong cutting and high-speed cutting situation.With easy and economic screw conveyor chip and trolley.
12. Using temperature compensation technology to improve processing accuracy in long-time processing situation.
