We have incorporated rectangular sliding guides with quenching hardness (≥ 50HRC) for the guide rail, providing superior stability and longevity. The guide rail surface is laminated with Polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) for low friction, excellent wear resistance, and reduced vibration and noise during operation.

 

Our ribbed, wide span spindle box offers strong anti-vibration and anti-torsion capabilities, preventing deformation under heavy cutting conditions. The joint design of the lengthened nut seat and saddle seat enhances worktable stability, minimizing bending and improving dynamic accuracy for heavy cutting tasks.
