Machining characteristic

1. Double bull head mainframe, fixed worktable design, adopting the design concept of complete box type, multi-layer stiffener distribution, wide base and symmetrical bed design, secondary stress relief aging treatment, high precision retention, especially suitable for processing large molds.
2. The X, Y, Z NC axes are imported from Taiwan The precision lead screws of HIWIN , the bearings of NSK, and the key parts of high standards ensure the high precision of the machine tool· The Z axis specially adopts roller type wire rail guide rail to ensure the high precision and sensitivity of the spindle servo; Taiwan imports HIWIN or PMI precision lead screws, NSK bearings and high standard key parts to ensure the high precision of the machine tool.
3. Full digital AC servo drive system of Panasonic (or the same level) is selected, with high dynamic precision control and maintenance free performance.
4. The working fluid tank is designed with a hand controlled door that is pulled down to save operation space; The design of centralized lubrication system is conducive to the maintenance of machine tools.

Main application scope of graphite electrode

1. Mesh and honeycomb of various shapes.
2. Large volume box casting.

Advantages of graphite electrode compared with copper electrode

1. Lower material cost: the price of graphite with the same volume is only 1/2 of that of copper electrode.
2. Faster machining speed: the machining speed is 2-3 times that of copper electrode, and there is no burr after machining; The speed of EDM is 34% - 200% faster than that of copper electrode. 3. Less loss: spark oil decomposes carbide coating to compensate electrode loss.
4. Lighter weight: the density of graphite is only 1/5 of copper, so it is more suitable for discharge of large electrodes.
5. It is not easy to deform: compared with copper electrode, the melting point of graphite is up to 3650C, which will not deform under high temperature, and is more suitable for electrode processing.
6. Better processing effect: there is no burr after machining, which is easier to polish and eliminates auxiliary processes.
7. Bondability: Broken graphite electrodes can be bonded with adhesives to save time and material costs.
8. Higher efficiency: when high-speed machining is used for rough and medium machining, the efficiency is improved by 1-2 times.
