Product Description

Introduction:

Suitable for auto, motorcycles, aerospace, machanical, electrical, instrumentation and other industries of valve, CAM, complex shape of the surface of the model and the complex cavity and parts, such as processing and metal mold, plastic mold processing.

Product Description

1. The machine body is constructed from Meehana cast iron using the resin sand 250, F300 method. Through computerized finite element analysis, the machine boasts high rigidity and durability.


 
2. Rectangular sliding guide rails with a quenching hardness of ≥ 50HRC ensure precise and smooth operation.


 
3. The guide rail surface is laminated with Polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) for low friction, wear resistance, and reduced vibration and noise.


 
4. The spindle box features ribbed, wide span, and long sliding surfaces for strong anti-vibration and anti-torsion capabilities.


 
5. The joint design of the lengthened nut seat and saddle seat prevents worktable deformation, ensuring high dynamic accuracy and cutting rigidity. Bearing sealing rings protect bearings from cooling fluid, prolonging their lifespan
