VMC-V85P is our optimized model, suitale for processing part and mold. Its optimized fuselage design is more advantageous in part processing effieience and mold curve processing accuracy and cleaness. It can widely used in 3C products, autoautomatic special aircraft parts, electronics, machinery, automotive, procesion medical and other fields of high-precision product processing.
Product Characteristics:
1. Using finite element analysis software and vibration detection technical to test its fuselage constructure design repeatedly, demostrating that V85P with high stability deformation-proof characteristics, ensuring whole machine rigidity, and vibration-proff when processing high speed.
2. Ultra wide base, X axis is 0.39m wider than V85, which improves machine stability of degree and smoothness of movement.
3. Three axis adopts high loaded and high rigidity roller linear guide rail, X/Y/Z axis width is 45mm, optimizes cutting capacity of machine.
4. No hammer counterweight design, Z axis increase motor rate to improve responsiveness of Z axis.
5. Column large spam(260mm wider than V85), added right and left vertical direction on the platform design. Tool magazine is installed horizontally in left platform, avoding column deformaton caused by side installed tool magazine. Column adopts large span herringbone design and endolumen cross sinewy structure, for satisfying Z axis part high speed movement and spindle high speed rotation rigidity requirement, through which ensuring the overall deformation coefficient of the column and the vibration of the machine tool will be reduced to the minimum.
6. Spindle box reinforced design, reduce vibration when spindle is rotation in high speed, and improve machine cutting capacity.
