• Features rectangular sliding guides with quenching hardness (≥ 50HRC) for precise movement.


• Utilizes Polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) lamination on the guide rail surface for low friction, wear resistance, and reduced vibration and noise.


• Equipped with a ribbed, wide span spindle box for anti-vibration and anti-torsion capabilities, ensuring stability during heavy cutting.


• Designed with a lengthened nut seat and saddle seat to prevent worktable deformation, improve dynamic accuracy, and enhance cutting rigidity.


• Includes bearing sealing rings to protect bearings from cooling fluid and extend their lifespan.
