The machine body of our product is constructed using Meehanite cast iron and analyzed through finite element analysis for optimal strength and durability. It boasts high rigidity, strength, and precise geometric positioning accuracy.
We utilize rectangular sliding guides with quenching hardness for the guide rail, ensuring stability and longevity. The guide rail surface is laminated with Polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) for low friction, wear resistance, and reduced vibration and noise.
The ribbed spindle box provides anti-vibration and anti-torsion capabilities, preventing deformation during heavy cutting. The joint design of the nut and saddle seat minimizes worktable inclination and deformation, enhancing cutting rigidity and dynamic accuracy.
Additionally, bearing sealing rings protect against cooling fluid intrusion, prolonging the bearing's lifespan.
